We delivered a comprehensive Structural Set of Drawings for JULIN, a manufacturing facility where structural precision and operational efficiency needed to work hand in hand. Our scope covered the structural formwork and casing plan, engineered for efficient, repeatable construction sequencing that reduced material waste and labor time on site without compromising quality. Every element of the drawing set was cross-checked against load requirements and construction sequencing to guarantee the finished structure would perform reliably under the demands of daily manufacturing operations, while the structural layout was coordinated with the plant’s functional requirements so that columns, spans, and load paths supported — rather than restricted — the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel throughout the facility. The result was a cost-effective, buildable structural package that gave the contractor clear construction guidance and gave the client confidence that the plant’s structure would support its operations for years to come.
