JAMOKA

JAMOKA is a boutique café concept built around a warm, industrial-minimalist identity — exposed brass piping traced across dark ceilings, textured concrete walls, muted earth tones, and soft greenery woven through the seating areas. The design balances an artisanal, tactile atmosphere with the clean functionality a working café demands, from the customer-facing seating zones to the counter, display, and back-of-house service areas.

Our role centered on the JAMOKA café engineering documentation required to carry this design from concept into a construction-ready package. Rather than simply interpreting the architectural vision, we translated it into precise, actionable technical deliverables that a contractor could price, schedule, and build from with confidence.
